My name is Felicia Knegt. I am a psychotherapist, facilitator, and organizational development professional, and above all, a human being navigating this life alongside you.

Work with me

My Story

Life, in my experience, is rarely a straight line. It is a winding journey of experiences, relationships, losses, and discoveries, some luminous, some deeply difficult. I have lived that truth personally.

I have known joy and despair, connection and loneliness, hope and uncertainty. It is precisely this wholeness — the full range of what it means to be human — that I bring into every session and every workshop I hold.

My work is grounded in a fundamental belief: that within every person, no matter where they find themselves today, lives an innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. Challenges are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are invitations to know yourself more deeply.

What matters is not what happens to us, but what we do with it, and for this, we need the right space and emotional safety to find out.

My Approach & Methods

Somatic, relational, and trauma-aware support

Psychodrama

Psychodrama is a living, embodied way of exploring your inner world through action, movement, and relationship. By stepping into roles, scenes, and emotions in a safe, guided space, what once felt stuck or unspoken can be seen, felt, and understood in new ways. It invites creativity, courage, and compassion — opening space for insight and a deeper sense of freedom.

Compassionate Inquiry

In Compassionate Inquiry, curiosity replaces criticism. Presence replaces urgency. Silence becomes a sanctuary where truth feels safe enough to emerge. It honors the wisdom hidden inside pain and trusts that every coping strategy, no matter how self-defeating it may seem, once served a purpose. This approach invites us to meet ourselves and others with compassion, to recognize that beneath our defenses lives a vulnerable, resilient human longing to be seen.

Art-therapy | Dreamwork Drawing

Dreamwork Drawing (Disegno Onirico) it is an expressive art-based method which invites spontaneous drawing without rational control, allowing symbols, forms, colors, and imagery from the unconscious to emerge on the page. Through this creative process, inner thoughts, unresolved feelings, and hidden themes can find expression beyond the limitations of words.

Somatic work

Trauma and stress live in the body, not only in the mind. Somatic therapy is a gentle, body-oriented approach to trauma that helps you shift out of stress and survival patterns by including your body in the healing process. It helps your nervous system find safety by reconnecting you with your body’s wisdom. It’s not about reliving the past or retelling the story. It’s about noticing what is present in you right now and letting the healing unfold while being seen and supported.

Who I work with

I work with individuals, groups, and organizations at different stages of their journey. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from this work. You simply need a willingness to look inward.

You might come to us if you are:

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself
  • Navigating anxiety, grief, or a significant life transition
  • Living with the quiet sense that something is not quite right, even when things look fine from the outside
  • Ready to understand patterns that keep repeating in your relationships or your work
  • Curious about yourself and open to growth
  • An organization looking to support your team’s wellbeing and resilience

Who I work with

All individual sessions are held online via Zoom, making support accessible wherever you are in the world. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and held at your pace.

What we offer:

  • Individual psychotherapy – one-on-one sessions tailored to your story and goals
  • Group programs & workshops – healing in community, focused on resilience, self-awareness, and practical tools for living
  • Organizational wellness – working with teams and institutions to build cultures where people feel genuinely supported

Testimonials

Feedback from our clients

“I have reached out to Felicia at a point when I couldn’t quite explain what was wrong, not even to myself. Things looked fine on the outside, but I felt disconnected, stuck in the same patterns I couldn’t seem to break. What surprised me most was how safe I felt from the very first session. There was no pressure to perform or to have it figured out. Slowly, I began to understand where some of my reactions were coming from, and to meet myself with a little more kindness. That shift has changed more than I expected.”

Space and safety

— Ana M., Bucharest

“I signed up thinking it would be an interesting personal development workshop. I left having experienced something I genuinely didn’t have words for at first. Felicia creates a group space that feels both held and alive, and people show up as they actually are, not as they think they should be. The somatic and psychodrama work brought things to the surface that years of talking about them never had.”

Amazing Experience
