A personal development or psychotherapy group offers its members opportunities to explore personal issues with the support and participation of people also interested in understanding themselves and the variety of experiences of their lives. Typically, there are around 8 to 12 people in these group sessions.
By participating in workshops you may find opportunities to
- Develop a greater awareness of how you relate to yourself and others
- Discover the patterns you have developed for dealing with your life and decide whether these strategies have outlived their usefulness
- Work with what are sometimes experienced as ‘difficult’ emotions, anger, fear, vulnerability etc.

Duration:
- A themed workshop (for personal development or organizational intervention) can be 2, 4 or 6 hours, depending on the theme and objectives set for the workshop
- We design workshops, webinars and development programs rooted in action-methods, neuroscience, positive psychology and the theories of adult development.
- We create program to integrate new leaders in their teams, and develop teams to transition faster from forming to storming, norming and then performing.
In our programs, self-reflection and self-discovery are the core of the learning process. All participants are challenged to not only learn new skills, but to transform their mindsets through self-reflection, mindfulness, direct experience and patterns discovery, insights applied to their personal lives, their teams and organizations. All these will contribute to systemic change in their teams and their lives.
New Leader Integration
Overview
- This is a workshop for the team to get information on the manager, and for the manager to establish himself/herself and set out the vision and way of working with the team.
Objectives
- Enable participants to surface expectations, issues, concerns and styles
- Allow for early resolution of issues often caused by misperceptions or uncertainty with regard to the leader
- Decrease cycle time for manager and team to “get up to speed”
- Encourage an environment of open communication

Team Operating Principles
Overview
The main focus of the session is to help participants establish relational ground rules which identify how team members would like to interact with each other, in order to feel understood, supported and respected

- By understanding and integrating your organizations values and behaviours, you can create a “safe environment” where people are comfortable speaking freely about their opinions, ideas and feelings

Overview
- This course will help participants learn why the way we deliver feedback is important, how to deliver a message so that people accept it and make changes that may be needed, and how to accept feedback that we are offered.

Conflict Management
Overview

Unconscious Bias
Overview
- This workshop seeks to raise awareness of the mental shortcuts that lead to snap judgments about people’s talents or character. Its goal is to reduce bias in attitudes and behaviors, from hiring and promotion decisions to interactions with customers and colleagues

Manage Across Cultures
Overview
- Cultural Awareness becomes central when we have to interact with people from other cultures. People see, interpret and evaluate things in a different ways. The main focus of the session is to drive cultural awareness and reduce cultural risk which can be costly to the organization.
